  • Fake accounts, referral abuse, VPN abuse, automated traffic, and repeated false profile details can lead to payout holds or account closure.
  • Survey availability, rewards, disqualifications, and provider decisions can change based on partner inventory.

  • Survey providers receive the user id needed to credit completed surveys and prevent duplicate rewards.
  • Payout destination details are used only for manual payout review and payment processing.
  • Support messages stay inside the admin messenger so account issues can be handled without exposing user details publicly.

Payout rules

  • Email verification is required before requesting a payout.
  • The starter signup bonus is protected and cannot be withdrawn until the account completes at least one real survey.
  • The first payout minimum is $20 unless an admin changes a user-specific minimum. Later payouts use the lower repeat minimum.
  • PayPal and Interac are the only payout methods enabled right now.
  • Only one pending payout can be open at a time. Admins review risk flags before approving or rejecting payouts.
